PAYMENT & CREDIT TERMS: Payment must be made in US dollars. Orders will be prepaid with credit card or check or shipped C.O.D. Money Order. Items will not be shipped until check clears. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 returned check fee and subsequent orders will be sent COD-Money Order or credit card only. Any uncollectible returned checks will be turned over to a collection agency and possibly law enforcement for resolution.
RETURNS: Most returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt, but contact us regarding the return before sending it back. All returns must be in saleable condition and any food/tea items may not have been opened. Authorized returns will receive a full refund or credit (less shipping and handling charges). Any returns after the 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Custom made items are not returnable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders in the US will be shipped via most economical means unless otherwise requested. Shipping & handling charges will be based on weight and value (if excess valuation insurance required). COD orders are charged an extra $6.25. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii will be sent via USPS or UPS 2nd day air. Express shipping and international rates are available upon request. Shipping charges subject to change to reflect UPS/USPS rate hikes.
SHIPPING TIME: In stock orders will be shipped within 5 business days. If you require expedited shipping, please tell us that and we'll work to find the best shipping method to ensure your shipment arrives on time. Please note that rush orders will be subject to a $5.00 rush fee. Please contact us for shipping time on Custom orders. Out of stocks are automatically backordered unless we're told otherwise.
CUSTOM ITEMS: Contact us for custom potpourri colors/scents, incense, perfumes, bath salts, or teas. Custom items are not returnable.
